There was a quiet busy hum in the room, whilst we all chilled out threading our beads and buttons. Such a relaxing and fulfilling evening, with triumphant and resounding cheers of "I've finished mine during the session", "that's gorgeous" and " this is something I won't be taking home unfinished"!
Wayne will be in our next six sessions offering weekly projects making other pieces of jewellery.
There are some stunning items available to make over the coming weeks, I am really excited there is so much creativity around the tables and I can't wait to see what comes out of the sessions.
It is not too late to join us for one or more of the upcoming sessions, just come along and join in the fun, NO booking or prepayment required! It's an additional £2.50 to Friends & Families MK for the kit and on hand tuition and £2.50 to KNS for the club fee which covers unlimited refreshments and a slice of homemade cake.
Of course our normal awesome work continued in the room, with Judi's crochet square dolls blanket finished, Terri's personal squares for her Wool Against Weapons piece and some lovely knitting and crochet projects.
We would love to hear from our members, would you like to GUEST write the blog one week about your experiences at KNS and what you are working on or what you love. Please get in touch and your musings could be our next entry?
Much love
Sarah Gates
